Coconut Snowballs

My first attempt at coconut treats for dessert. These are quick no-bake treats.

These ingredients and a food processor are all you need. I used one tablespoon per ball. This made 17 balls. 

Update:

Upon taste-testing, the size is determined to be too big. So next round we will try smaller balls.
