Chicken Artichoke Pasta
Finished dish
Thickened sauce
Peas, artichoke hearts and Trader Joe's GF pasta
Sautéed red onion and freshly harvested chopped Italian parsley
Start water boiling for pasta
Sauté onion in 1 T. coconut oil, set aside
Sauté chicken, deglaze with sake
Start pasta (add to boiling salted water with olive oil)
Add 2 c. bone broth, 1 billion cube, and all ingredients.
Let simmer.
Drain pasta, toss with olive oil and fresh chopped parsley
Thicken sauce with 2 T cornstarch, cook about 1 minute until clear.
Turn off heat and immediately stir in 1/2 c. coconut cream or milk. Serve immediately over hot pasta.
Seasoning for chicken:
Sprinkle with
White pepper
Thyme
Oregano
Cayenne pepper
Truffle salt
Allspice
Nutmeg
Old Bay seasoning
