Wings for Super Bowl Sunday
This dish is one of the fastest I've ever made . 10 minutes steamed in the pressure cooker, coat with sauce, and a couple minutes under the broiler each side and done. These wings couldn't be easier!
Ingredients
12 wings cut in half, wingtips removed
1 c. water
BBQ sauce
1/4 c. honey
1/4 c. red salsa
1/4 c. Bbq sauce
1 t. chili powder
1/4 t. cayenne powder
3 t. salt
2 carrots chopped in strips
2 hearts celery chopped in sticks
1 c. ranch dressing
Cooking steps
Pressure steam wings in steam basket with water 10 min. Mix sauce while wings steam. Coat wings with sauce. Broil wings on parchment-lined tray, 3 min. each side or until browned. Arrange and serve on platter.
