Season turkey on all sides with light sprinkling of salt, pepper and poultry seasoning. In Instant Pot on sauté mode, brown sausage and turkey breast on all sides in 1 T oil (
butter or vegan margarine or coconut oil) and set aside. Chop and sauté in Instant Pot an onion, two stalks celery, and a bell pepper in 2 T butter or vegan margarine or coconut oil. Add 2 c. water and cook on high pressure for 35 minutes for a 3.5 lb breast. Let pressure naturally release for 10 minutes, release pressure.
Take 1 c. broth from Instant Pot and in soup pot boil with 1 c. Minute Rice Multi Grain rice for 10 minutes.
Slice turkey and sausage, plate over rice, and ladle 3 or 4 T of vegetables and soup over plate. Serve warm.
