Blender Lemonade

Blender Lemonade is easy and delicious.

Two small lemons make one full quart in this method; it’s very efficient.

I grow my own Meyer lemons and just harvested half a dozen lemons off my miniature tree.

The crisp taste of these freshly harvested Meyer lemons is delicious.

It’s hard not to drink most of it at once!

Ingredients

2 Meyer lemons, ends sliced off and halved
4 cups water
1 cup sugar

Place lemons and half of the water in a high speed blender and purée. Strain the pulp.  Rinse blender. Return lemon juice to blender, add 1 cup sugar, remaining water, and blend at high-speed for about one minute. Transfer to pitcher and serve over ice, or chill before serving.
