Dressing Delight

I stumble upon this dressing well trying to make a grain bowl out of the leftover quinoa and tomatoes and cannoli beans. I can find some ingredients that I thought would help make the dry quinoa palatable, and wow was this combo delicious! So I thought I capture it so I know how to make it again later on.

Ingredients
1/4 c. Greek yogurt
1/2 tsp Better than Broth Vegetable flavor
Pinch Herbs de Provence or dried Oregano
Dash Bells Seasoning 
1/4 c. Spring water

Whisk all ingredients in a small bowl, adding water slowly until desired consistency. Drizzle over salads or grain bowls, or use as a marinade on chicken or white fish.
