Miso ginger broth

This simple, satisfying 5 minute broth is very healing and warming on a cold day. 



Ingredients 

Boil: 

2 c. water
4 t. Dashi 
1 T. maple syrup
1 T. soy sauce, or coconut aminos or tamari 
1 t. fresh chopped ginger, or 1/2 t. powdered ginger

Dissolve Mix: 

1 c. water
2 rounded T. white miso paste 

Remove broth from heat and stir in miso mix. 

Top with 1 t. chopped green onion

Serve immediately 

Serves 2. 

Reheat on stovetop and remove from heat when broth is just before boiling, then serve immediately.
